Isobar custom fit compression will be presenting the unique technology behind its compression garments at the Elite Performance Expo in London this week. Sales Director Matt Stevens and independent renowned compression researcher Dr Jess Hill will present how custom fit garments can help athletes recover quicker after competition.
Isobar will have a stand at the show, showcasing the calf, full leg and arm sleeve garments. They will also have 3D scanners on site to scan anyone wishing to purchase garments at the event or get a further insight into how it all works.
Thousands of elite and amateur athletes are expected to attend the show at London’s Excel on 15-16 June to find out the latest game-changing technology that will give their performance the edge. The show also attracts professionals working in strength and conditioning, performance, coaching and sports medicine.
Matt Stevens said: “Isobar custom fit compression garments use unique patented technology to deliver a perfect fit for players as well as accurate, precise pressure delivery. By using 3D scanning of the limb, we are able to produce bespoke anatomically accurate garments, which are comfortable, effective and deliver the world's most effective pressure garments for athletes”.
“There are no other compression socks that fit well enough to be comfortable and deliver the required pressures. Standard socks are provided in only five sizes which fail to fit the vast majority of legs, which are far from standard in shape or size. Even socks based on measuring the leg rarely achieve predictable pressures or the same level of comfort.”
