End User License Agreement (EULA)

Terms of Use


These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Isobar mobile scanning application ("the App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App.


By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.


  1. Use of the App
    1. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
    2. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
    3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. Intellectual Property
    1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Advanced Therapeutic Materials Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
    2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  5. User Content
    1. The App may allow you to submit, post, display, or transmit content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.
    2. By submitting User Content, you grant Advanced Therapeutic Materials Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating and providing the App.
  7. Privacy
    1. Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
  9. Prohibited Uses
    1. The App may be used and accessed for lawful purposes only. You agree to abide by all applicable local, national and foreign laws, treaties, and regulations in connection with your use of the App.
    2. You agree not to:
      1. delete or revise any material or other information included by us on the App, except where expressly allowed by the App;
      2. access any information about other users, including e-mail addresses;
      3. take any action that unreasonably or disproportionately utilises the Apps' infrastructure or interferes with the proper working of the App; or
      4. engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the App;
      5. violate or attempt to violate the security of the App
  11. Disclaimer of Warranties
    1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  13. Limitation of Liability
    1. In no event shall Advanced Therapeutic Materials Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the App.
  15. Governing Law
    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English Law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  17. Changes to Terms
    1. We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
