Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Next Day service and will require a signature on delivery.  Orders over £100 in value qualify for free delivery.  Delivery of orders under £100 will be charged at £6.  If you have not received your order after 10 days, please contact orders@isobar-compression.com with your name and order number.

Returns

Please note that due to the bespoke nature of your garments, we cannot accept returns for custom made compression products.

We will refund items returned unopened, in their original packaging and in saleable condition provided the items are returned to us within 30 days of purchase.  Please notify us by email (orders@isobar-compression.com) prior to returning your item.

Please include your original order number with your return.  Items are returned at the customers’ own expense and we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.  To secure the arrival of your return, we recommend using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.  Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your item being received by us.  Refunds are for the original order amount minus the incurred postage costs.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
